Everything you need to know about using DartScore Pro
When your remaining score is between 2 and 170, the app shows you the recommended checkout route (e.g., "T20 T19 D16"). This adjusts based on how many darts you have left in your turn.
You must finish on a double. If your dart brings the score to exactly zero and it was a double, you win. If you go below zero, hit exactly 1, or hit zero without a double, it's a bust and your score reverts.
In Cricket, you score marks on numbers 15–20 and the bullseye. A single = 1 mark, double = 2 marks, treble = 3 marks. Close a number by getting 3 marks on it. Once closed, any further hits score points (the value of that number) until your opponent also closes it. Win by closing all numbers and having equal or more points than your opponent.
Before the first dart is thrown, tap either player's side of the scoreboard to switch who throws first.
Made a mistake? Tap "Undo Score" to reverse the last completed turn. This is not available during AI games.
DartScore Pro is free to download with core features available immediately:
The Pro upgrade is a single one-time payment — no subscription, no recurring charges. If you switch devices or reinstall the app, tap "Restore Purchase" to recover your Pro access.
Open the app, try to access a Pro feature, and tap "Restore Purchase" on the upgrade screen. This will recover your purchase from your Apple ID.
Yes. The app works entirely offline. No internet connection is needed for any gameplay features. The only network connection is for the initial Pro purchase and restore.
All data (player names, statistics, preferences) is stored locally on your device. Nothing is sent to external servers. If you delete the app, your data is permanently removed.
In 301/501, if your dart score takes your remaining total below zero, equals exactly 1, or brings you to zero without hitting a double, the entire turn is cancelled and your score reverts to what it was before that turn.
Checkout suggestions only appear when your remaining score is between 2 and 170 (the maximum possible checkout with 3 darts). Bogey numbers (159, 162, 163, 165, 166, 168, 169) will show "No out shot" as they cannot be finished in 3 darts.
Go to Game Setup → Manage Players → tap "Stats" next to the player → tap "Reset Statistics" at the bottom of the stats screen.
