1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how DartScore ("the App"), developed and published by Slimshot Ltd ("we", "us", or "our"), handles information when you use our iOS application. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about our data practices.

2. Information We Collect

DartScore does not collect any personal information. The App stores the following data locally on your device only:

• Player names — names you choose to enter for scorekeeping purposes
• Game statistics — scores, averages, win rates, highest checkouts, and other gameplay data
• Game preferences — your selected game settings such as game type, match format, and sound options
• Feature usage counters — a small number of counts used purely to run the App, such as how many games you have completed and how many free games against the computer opponent you have used

This data is stored on your device using Apple's standard storage mechanisms (UserDefaults and, for the free-trial counter, the iOS Keychain). It is never transmitted off your device, and we have no way to access it.

3. Information We Do Not Collect

We want to be clear about what we do not do:

• We do not collect personal information such as your real name, email address, phone number, or physical address
• We do not collect device identifiers or hardware information
• We do not track your location
• We do not use analytics, tracking, or advertising SDKs
• We do not use cookies or similar tracking technologies
• We do not send any data to external servers
• We do not access your camera, microphone, contacts, or photos

4. Third-Party Services

DartScore does not integrate any third-party services, advertising networks, or analytics platforms. The App contains no third-party SDKs. Gameplay operates entirely offline and does not require an internet connection.

5. In-App Purchases

DartScore offers an optional one-time in-app purchase to unlock additional features. Purchases are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see or receive your payment details, billing address, or Apple Account information.

Whether you have purchased the upgrade is verified on your device against your App Store receipt. Connecting to Apple's servers to validate or restore a purchase is handled by iOS, and is subject to Apple's Privacy Policy.

6. Data Storage and Security

All data is stored locally on your device using iOS's built-in storage mechanisms. The data is protected by your device's own security features, including device passcode, Face ID, or Touch ID. We do not have access to any data stored on your device.

7. Data Deletion

You can delete all App data at any time by:

• Using the in-app option to delete individual player profiles or reset statistics
• Uninstalling the App, which removes all locally stored data

8. Children's Privacy

DartScore does not collect personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. The App is safe for users of all ages.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
